By accessing or using any service, program, or content offered by Al Miraath Institute ("the Institute", "we", "us"), including through this website (almiraathinstitute.com) or the student portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Programs and Enrollment
Al Miraath Institute offers a range of paid and free educational programs in the Islamic sciences. Enrollment in any program is subject to the following:
- Paid programs require payment before access is granted. Monthly recurring programs are billed at the stated rate each month.
- Free programs require account registration. Access may be revoked at the Institute's discretion.
- Enrollment does not guarantee completion or certification unless explicitly stated for a specific program.
- The Institute reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program with reasonable notice to enrolled students.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely. The following policies apply:
- Monthly recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- One-time course payments are generally non-refundable after access has been granted, unless otherwise stated.
- If a course is cancelled by the Institute before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property
All course content, recordings, materials, and resources provided by Al Miraath Institute are the intellectual property of the Institute and its teachers. Students may access content for personal study only. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Recording, downloading, or redistributing course recordings without written permission
- Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals
- Using course content for commercial purposes
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to engage with all programs in a manner befitting the pursuit of sacred knowledge. This includes respect for teachers, fellow students, and the etiquettes of Islamic learning. The Institute reserves the right to remove any student from a program without refund for conduct that violates these expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Al Miraath Institute provides educational content in good faith. We are not liable for any decisions made by students based on course content, nor for any interruptions to service caused by factors outside our control.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
